・Booking: Individuals or group is OK.　Minimum number is 4(Course A) or 6(Course B) for this Camp.

   There is posibility of cacellation if there are not enought participants to meet requirements.

・Accomodation:

  Course A (3days) : Any time

  Course B(4days) :  basically the last week of every month

   *The room is not a private room.

・Cancellation fee:

  15 or morre days prior to Camp date :   50% of booking price

  7-14 days prior to Camp date :   80% of booking price

  1- 6  days prior to Camp date:  100% of booking price

・Payment: You can make the payment for your application fee by Paypal.

   Invoice will be sent to your e-mail. Payment by credit card through Paypal will incur and addifional 2.9% fee(Paypal's fee).

・Insurance: We recommend you purchase travel insurance by yourself.

Travel insurance is compulsory for all intrepid travellers and should be taken out at the time of booking. You must provide proof of your travel insurance on the first day of  your trip; you will not be able to join trip without this.
